Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases and subscriptions made through Uprankon LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Uprankon," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service.

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any subscription or service. By completing a purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the terms of this No-Refund Policy.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

Cancellation requests submitted via support email or other means are processed as soon as reasonably practicable, but you are responsible for canceling your subscription through the account settings to ensure timely processing.

3. Free Trials

Where Uprankon offers a free trial period, no charge is made during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be billed in accordance with the plan you selected. All fees charged following the conclusion of a free trial are non-refundable.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider in lieu of following this Refund Policy constitutes a breach of our Terms of Service. Uprankon reserves the right to:

5. Exceptions — Billing Errors Only

Uprankon will issue a refund or credit only in the following narrow circumstance:

To request a billing error review, you must:

  1. Contact us at billing@uprankon.com within 14 days of the disputed charge.
  2. Provide your account email, the date and amount of the charge, and a description of the alleged error.

We reserve the right to investigate and determine, at our sole discretion, whether an error occurred. Approved billing-error refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

This exception is limited strictly to billing errors and does not extend to dissatisfaction with the Service, unexpected results, or any other circumstance.

6. Service Outages and Downtime

Uprankon strives to maintain high availability of the Service. However, planned maintenance, unplanned outages, or third-party service interruptions do not entitle you to a refund or credit. We may, at our sole discretion, provide a service credit for extended outages exceeding 99.5% uptime in a given calendar month, as described in any applicable Service Level Agreement (SLA). Such credits, if any, are the exclusive remedy for service downtime.

7. Legal Compliance

This No-Refund Policy is intended to comply with applicable federal and state law, including consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable law that cannot be waived by contract. If any provision of this policy is found unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Residents of certain states or countries may have additional consumer rights. If you believe applicable law entitles you to a remedy not described here, please contact us and we will evaluate your request in good faith.

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, consistent with our Terms of Service.
